At Disney Store, I led email marketing, overseeing the planning and execution of over 600 annual campaigns across multiple business units (DisneyStore.com, Disney Store Retail, D23 fan club and Disney Parks Online Retail). I implemented email retention series that resulted in a 60% guest reactivation rate and established triggered email programs that achieved 22x higher revenue per email delivered. My role also included cross-functional planning and weekly KPI reporting. I also developed a new email marketing program for the launch of the Marvel Entertainment store.
