To elevate Rakuten Viki's brand visibility, I created and implemented a new holiday centered around K-dramas. This campaign included a multi-partner launch event with Duolingo, Webtoon, and additional partners, leveraging synergistic relationships to maximize reach and impact.

KCON LA Activation
I conceptualized and implemented the Viki Boba Shop booth for KCON LA 2023, designing an immersive environment that resonated with attendees. The activation included visually appealing photo ops, limited-edition K-drama-inspired items, and specialty boba drinks, fostering positive brand association and fan engagement.

Developed the concept and provided creative direction for a Rakuten Viki commercial highlighting its subtitling community (driving brand awareness), and contributed to the script of a second commercial, which inspired a KCON LA activation.

Community Rewards
I revamped Rakuten Viki's contributor rewards program, replacing impersonal gift cards with custom-designed gifts based on community feedback, leading to increased engagement and appreciation. This initiative fostered a stronger sense of community and valued contributors' contributions.
