At bareMinerals, I stepped in as Sr. Marketing Manager on a contract basis, leading multiple marketing functions during their HQ transition. For over a year and a half, I helmed the email marekting department, not only training a new team from the ground up but also streamlining the entire calendar planning process. My focus was on crafting impactful promotions and rock-solid customer retention strategies. Working hand-in-glove with retail teams, creatives, and agencies, I ensured our email campaigns weren't just effective, they were engaging.
Beyond day-to-day operations, I also established a robust email production process and flawlessly executed a transition to a new Email Service Provider (ESP). A key win during this time? Through targeted reactivation testing and innovative program implementations, I boosted campaign conversions for lapsed customers by 7%. And, as if that wasn't enough, I also enhanced bareMinerals' loyalty program and built a brand-new email marketing program for MATCHCo.
